UP election 2022 Reside: Voting for the initial phase of condition elections will start off at 7 am these days, with polling scheduled to take spot in Uttar Pradesh’s 58 assembly seats spread throughout 11 districts. This section will cover the Jat-dominated belt of western UP where farmers had participated actively in the stir towards the Centre’s a few agri regulations. This time round Samajwadi Bash has teamed up with Rashtriya Lok Dal, hoping to boost on its 2017 tally of just two in the farmer belt. The districts wherever the elections will be held are Muzaffarnagar, Meerut, Baghpat, Ghaziabad, Shamli, Hapur, Gautam Buddh Nagar, Bulandshahr, Aligarh, Agra and Mathura.

The polling will commence at 7 am and will end at 6 pm.

As numerous as 623 candidates are in the fray in the 1st period and about 227 million people are eligible to vote in this phase.
