AstraZeneca sued by pension fund over alleged Covid vaccine testing flaws

The retirement scheme accused the organization and its executives of “wrongful acts and omissions” and sought permission to sue on behalf of all traders who lost out as a result of the share price tumble. 

Pascal Soriot, Astra’s main government, instructed Italian newspaper La Repubblica on Tuesday that the company’s companions at Oxford College experienced “said it was not ethical to vaccinate old individuals until finally they experienced sufficient security facts in youthful people”.

“Other firms took this chance, went in advance and vaccinated older individuals speedier or previously,” he said.

AstraZeneca was contacted for comment regarding the lawsuit.
